- Our Mac Programs SIG, which meets monthly from 7-9 PM on the third Friday at the WSU computer lab in Port Hadlock, covers programs that come free with the Mac, such as Address Book, Preview, iCal, iPhoto, iTunes, Stickies, TextEdit, Widgets, and many more. PT SLUG is a Take Control Affiliate
PT SLUG is now a member of the TidBITS Publishing Take Control Mac User Group (MUG) program. Take Control is an innovative publishing venture that provides focused, inexpensive ebooks covering a variety of Mac related subjects. The idea is simple. Instead of forcing us to buy a thick and expensive book to learn about one subject, Take Control publishes a short (60-150 pages) book in PDF format that focuses on just the material we need.
